A new chapter has began for Jaecks Insurance Agency!

As of July 2019, Garland and Judy Jaecks have decided to retire from the Caldwell Agency to spend more time making memories with their family. Since then, Tracy Pieper has taken over as owner of the agency.

Tracy has many years of experience in the insurance industry. She has put in over 18 years of service at the home office of Germania Insurance Company as a Marketing/Sales Representative. She brings lots of insurance knowledge to the agency. She comes from a small town and loves to stay active in the community. She would love to get to know each of her customers and prospective customers, so if you have a minute stop by to say hello.​
